KAVAZ BRAZIL is a Slovak-Brazilian sourcing company.
We are focused on high-quality green coffee from Brazil. We started our operations with a warehouse in Slovakia, in January of 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our customers are mainly small-medium size roasters, and in October of 2022, we established KAVAZ BRAZIL EXPORTS in Brazil, which allows us to export green coffee anywhere in the world.
For coffee roasters based in Europe, we offer customized volumes of deliveries. There is no minimum order and yet we offer competitive prices and free shipping Europe wide.
We provide complete information about the origin of the coffees while promoting the farmers we cooperate with.

How can I place an order of green coffee?
By e-mail: [email protected] or through our e-shop. Just fill in the Registration Form on the Order page and we will grant you access to order online and view our price list at any time.
Is there a minimum order?
No, we sell 1 bag (30 kg) or even less for samples. Check our package options on the About us page.
How fast samples are shipped?
From the moment we receive your request, you will get your samples within 1 to 5 business days depending on which country you are in.
How is the logistics to Hungary?
From 10 bags it is shipped on pallet, deadline 1-3 days. For less than 10 bags it is shipped in a plastic bag (double package).
How is the logistics to Poland and Austria?
From 10 bags it is shipped on pallet, deadline of 4-10 days. For less than 10 bags it is shipped in a carton box (1 bag per box).
Can I have pre-shipment samples?
Those are very limited in the amount, but we will send part of them to you, while we still have them.
Do you provide transport for non-EU countries?
Yes, we arrange the shipping at a feasible price due to our strong relations in logistics.
Do you provide phytosanitary certification for non-EU countries?
Yes, if it is required by the country of destination and we provide it free of charge.

Yes, we offer the possibility of splitting the payment in 2 (80/20) for regular customers, so you do not need to compromise your cash flow due to the VAT upon request and upon our analysis of on-time payments.

Which coffees can I order?
Any coffees in stock, afloat, or at origin are ready to order on the Order page.
What are the payment conditions?
After the first 3 orders, we can give you a 15-day due date of invoices. In case of delayed payment, you will lose this option.
How many bags can you ship per pallet?
Up to 21 bags (of 30 kg) on a EURO pallet (120 cm x 80 cm).

I am a roaster outside EU, how can I order green coffee from KAVAZ Brazil?
Very simple, just send us the order by e-mail, we arrange the shipping, we do the customs in Europe and you only do the customs in your country.
Is it possible for me as roaster to order coffee directly from a coffee grower, which I am used to?
Yes. You can order directly, and we take care of all the bureaucracies for you, you negotiate the price farmer should receive, we charge a small fixed fee for our service, and your bags are added to one of our containers. Upon arrival in Slovakia, we palletize and ship to your address. You just order and wait, as simple as that.
I am a medium size green coffee importer, and I am able to import a few containers per year. Can you help me?
Yes. through KAVAZ BRAZIL EXPORTS. Our Brazilian team source the coffees based on your quality requirements and target price, sends you PSS – pre-shipment samples, after your approval of PSS, we can ship. FOB or CFR.
If I commit and pay in advance coffees which are still at origin, in order to get greater discounts, is it still possible to keep the coffees stored in your warehouse after shipment arrival?
Yes, we keep your coffee in our warehouse and we ship to you as per your demand. In any case, your final price will be much lower just for ordering in advance.
I am a small roaster based in Asia, what is the easiest way to order 1 pallet of coffee from you?
Very simple! You have to send us your order by email, and your country’s documentation requirements for customs clearance. We do the customs in Europe, and ship to you from our warehouse in Slovakia by airplane, and you should do the customs in your country as well as arrange the road transport from the airport to your final address. Just have in mind that air shipment is furthermore expensive than ocean shipment.
