You can place your first order by email at [email protected] and your next order through our e-shop. Just complete the Registration Form on the Order page, and we will grant you online order access and allow you to view our price list anytime.
Is there a minimum order?
No, we sell one bag (60 kg) or even less for samples. Check our package options on the About us page.
How fast samples are shipped?
From the moment we receive your request, you will get your samples within 1 to 5 business days depending on which country you are in.
How is the logistics to Hungary, Czechia and Poland?
All orders are palletized. For orders of less than one bag, we ship in a carton box by courier. Shipping is free of charge for orders over 600 kg.

Can I have pre-shipment samples?
These samples are very limited in amount, but we will send part of them to you while we still have them.
Do you provide transport for non-EU countries?
Due to our strong logistics relations, we can arrange the shipping at a feasible price.
Do you provide phytosanitary certification for non-EU countries?
Yes, if it is required by the country of destination and we provide it free of charge.
Can I pick up my order?
Personal pickup of orders is available. You can select the Personal Pickup option at checkout.

Any coffees in stock, afloat, or at origin are ready to order on the Order page.
What are the payment conditions?
After the first 3 orders, we can give you a 15-day due date of invoices. In case of delayed payment, you will lose this option.
How many bags can you ship per pallet?
Up to 12 bags (of 60 kg) on an EURO pallet (120 cm x 80 cm).
Is it possible to reserve coffee?
Yes, please let us know which coffee, quantity, and duration of storage you need, and we will respond with the conditions.
I am a roaster outside EU, how can I order green coffee from KAVAZ BRAZIL?
It is very simple: send us the order by e-mail, and we will arrange the shipping. We will handle the customs in Europe, while you will handle the customs in your country.
Is it possible for me as roaster to order coffee directly from a coffee grower, which I am used to?
Yes. You can order directly, and we take care of all the bureaucracies for you; you negotiate the price the farmer should receive, we charge a small fixed fee for our service, and your bags are added to one of our containers. Upon arrival in Slovakia, we palletize and ship to your address. You order and wait, as simple as that.
I am a medium size green coffee importer, and I am able to import a few containers per year. Can you help me?
Yes. Through KAVAZ BRAZIL EXPORTS. Our Brazilian team sources the coffees based on your quality requirements and target price and sends you PSS – pre-shipment samples; after your approval of PSS, we can ship. FOB or CFR.
If I commit and pay in advance coffees which are still at origin, in order to get greater discounts, is it still possible to keep the coffees stored in your warehouse after shipment arrival?
We store your coffee in our warehouse and ship it to you as you request. In any case, ordering in advance will lower your final price.
Do you offer coffee roasting service?

How does logistics work within Slovakia?
All orders are palletized. We ship in a cardboard box via courier for orders of less than one bag. Free shipping is available for orders over 100 kg. Delivery time ranges from one to two business days from dispatch.
How quickly do you ship orders?
Order dispatch depends on the current order volume, but we typically ship within one business day of receiving payment confirmation.
Do you charge shipping fees for coffee samples?
In Europe, we do not charge shipping fees for shipments up to 1 kg. Shipping fees apply for shipments outside Europe.
Do you ship to Nordic countries?
Yes, we do. Delivery takes five to ten business days. All orders are palletized, and orders with less than one bag are shipped in a cardboard box.
We are a large-scale roastery. Can you offer us commercial coffees in high volumes?
Yes, we offer two options: container shipments directly from Brazil or palletized shipments from our warehouse in Slovakia if you need coffee immediately.
Do you sell at differentials or fixed prices?
For container shipments from Brazil, we offer the option to purchase at differentials.
I am a small roaster based in Asia, what is the easiest way to order 1 pallet of coffee from you?
Please write to us by email with your desired coffee quality, the realistic price you’re targeting, and your country’s customs documentation requirements. We handle customs in the EU, and the orders can be shipped by ocean or air freight. Customs in the country of destination are the customer’s responsibility, as is local transportation from the port/airport. We sell only FOB/FCA/CFR/CIF/CPT terms.
