We decided to provide a service that truly helps our customers. It is time demanding and expensive to deal with logistics. So, we have been affording to lose money with this to offer a complete service.
Our customers pay only for the coffee itself, nothing else, we do not charge for warehousing as well, for example, and they do not need to worry about anything else. We started delivering the orders in person, however, as the business has been growing daily, it needed to change, and we are now cooperating with Slovak logistics companies for that.
